Year End Parent Survey

It’s time for the annual year end parent survey at FRCS. It is open to FRCS parents/guardians with children enrolled for the 2024/2025 school year. The survey closes on Friday, May 16, 2025. We encourage parents to complete this survey every year that their students are enrolled, as the data gives us a picture of where we are making headway in our improvement efforts and where we might need to focus extra attention.

So, thank you in advance for taking the time to share your feedback. We use the results of these surveys to see how we’re doing in the estimation of our parents, and to inform us as we plan and improve programs at our school for the benefit of all who enroll. We appreciate the encouragement and thoughtful suggestions provided each year through these surveys. Please know that while we cannot address every comment individually, we do read all of them and act when appropriate.

Please note that the contact information questions are completely optional. Responses are anonymous unless you grant permission for administration to contact you with further questions. If you wish to be sent a copy of your responses for your records, please enter your email address in the appropriate field. We will not use this email address for any purpose other than emailing you a copy of your responses.

If you have questions about this survey, please email comm@frcs.org. UPDATE: the issue of the form not showing up has been fixed! If you still have problems, email comm@frcs.org, but it should work for everyone now.
