Parents, you are invited to Junior High DIVE Day. Eighth grade students have worked really hard on their DIVE projects, and we would love for you to come and celebrate them with us.
What is DIVE?
All 8th grade students take a class called DIVE. DIVE stands for Discover, Investigate, Visualize, and Express and is intended for students to explore different ideas that bring them life. The thinking is that students will be more engaged in meaningful learning when they are given the freedom to choose topics that matter to them. Through these experiences, we believe that students learn important skills to prepare them for high school, but more importantly become more like the person the LORD created them to be.
What is DIVE Day?
DIVE day serves as an opportunity for 8th grade students to teach us what they have learned about their topic and themselves.
The schedule and other details will be posted here as the event draws closer.
