Our Thanksgiving Celebration is a Front Range Christian School annual tradition born of our intense gratitude for this community and God’s never-ending provision. Please join us for food and fellowship as we offer thanks to God for all He has done and provided. It is with sincere gratitude that we extend our thanks for your support and partnership with Front Range Christian School.
Schedule of Events
The FRCS All-School Thanksgiving Celebration takes place on Wednesday, November 21, from 8:00 to 10:30am The event includes a potluck Thanksgiving breakfast, fellowship, and a program featuring worship music and a special Thanksgiving message. Food drop-off begins at 7:35am.
When you arrive, please park on the EAST side of the building and enter at the EAST main entrance.
Families are asked to bring one dish (10-12 servings) to share with others in the community.
Last Name A-L
Bite-sized protein breakfast appetizers, such as mini-quiches, pigs in a blanket, mini frittatas, sausage balls, etc.
Last Name M-S
One dozen bagels, 2-dozen donut holes 2-dozen mini-muffins, fruit or fruit salad
Last Name T – Z
One dozen individual serving-sized cartons of orange juice or apple juice, or 2-dozen water bottles
Please bring food items in disposable serving dishes that do not need to be returned to you. Electricity is not available for slow cookers.
Student and Family Expectations
This is considered an official day of school for all students in grades 1-12. Attendance will be taken at the event. Elementary students should check in with their homeroom teachers upon arrival. After school care for elementary is not available this day.
Junior and Senior High School Students
This is considered an official day of school for all students in grades 1-12. Attendance will be taken at the event. Jr/Sr High students will sign in upon arrival.
Preschool – Kindergarten Students (ECE)
Are invited to attend this event, otherwise they do not have school this day. Attendance for ECE students is not required.
Homeschool Students (HSE)
Are invited to attend this event, otherwise they do not have school this day. Attendance for HSE students is not required.
Parents and Families
All Parents and Families are invited and strongly encouraged to attend. This is a great time of community, you do not want to miss it! FRCS’s campus will not be open on Wednesday, November 21. Please do NOT bring students to FRCS this day as all faculty and staff will be at Waterstone Community Church.
Parents who are unable to attend the event with their student(s) should coordinate rides for their student(s) or they may drop student(s) off at Waterstone Community Church at 8am and pick up at 10:30am.
