Cafe Concert Auditions

ATTENTION ALL JH and SH students!  

You are invited to audition to perform in the Cafe Concert which will be held Friday, February 6, at 6:30 in Holy Grounds.  

This will be a coffee shop vibe with solo/duet/small ensemble musical acts.

Auditions

Auditions will be held on January 28 during lunch (JH and SH at their separate lunch times). A sign up will be posted outside the music room. You must sign up for an audition slot in order to audition. Auditions will run in order and you can eat in the commons while waiting. After your audition you are free to go. 

Audition/Song guidelines:

• All acts must be musical in nature (instrumental or vocal or a combination of both)
• We can only accept a certain number of acts so please understand that there will be cuts.
• ALL Acts MUST be performance ready at time of audition.
• Tracks must be karaoke (without guide vocals) and emailed to Mrs. Nikkel by January 27 BEFORE auditions. (Your act may be cut if it isn’t sent ahead of time)
• Students can participate in up to 2 acts.
• Songs must not exceed 5 min (3-4 is preferred)
