We’d like to send a huge shout out to our Senior High Golf team! A full team, 4 golfers, qualified for the 2A State Tournament in Pueblo this past Monday and Tuesday. Congratulations to Senior Jake Dreiling, Junior Max Morton, Sophomore Cooper Bradley, and Sophomore Micah Parker for qualifying! They had a great season and were among the top 82 golfers in all of 2A for the State of Colorado.
The Falcons represented FRCS on October 5 and 6. The guys did a great job throughout the whole season. As a team they came in 11th place at State. As individuals, here are their scores for the two-day tournament:
- Senior Jake Dreiling shot a 171 over two days and took 22nd place
- Junior Max Morton shot a 182 over two days and took 43rd place
- Sophomore Cooper Bradely shot a 193 over two days and took 61st place
- Sophomore Micah Parker shot a 203 over two days and took 79th place
Congratulations to the Falcons Golf Team! The whole team put in a lot of work this summer and throughout the fall. Also, a huge shout out to our coaches for leading them.
