For students planning to participate in FRCS Athletics this school year, we are honored to welcome Dr. Joe Singh back to campus to perform discounted sports physicals. These physical examinations are required for all student athletes, must be completed before the student can join a team, and are good for one year.

The cost of a physical with Dr. Singh is $35. Payment can be made by check, cash, or Venmo. No appointment is necessary, just come when you can.

This fall, football and golf both begin on August 3, and the remaining fall sports begin on August 10. Please talk to Coach Osberg if you have questions.
