We first want to thank the committee who came in over Christmas break for the interview and all the input that was given. We had a lot of resumes and then a few who actually applied for the job, but none compared to who we hired.

I am honored and excited to be announced as the new Head Football Coach at FRCS. I bring over 20 years of coaching experience, ranging from peewee leagues to the high school level, and a deep passion for developing young athletes both on and off the field.
I have been part of the FRCS football program for the past 14 years. Throughout my 20 years of coaching, I have served in a variety of roles including Defensive Coordinator, Special Teams Coordinator, and Offensive Coordinator. I have had the opportunity to coach wide receivers, running backs, and quarterbacks, giving me a well-rounded perspective on the game and player development.
I am excited to take on this new role and help our student-athletes reach the next level—not only in football, but also in sportsmanship, character, and life beyond the field. I look forward to partnering with parents and the FRCS community to help grow a generation of godly young men who enjoy the game while glorifying God with their time and talents.
We are excited to have Coach Sundeen as our new Varsity Head Football Coach here at FRCS. Go Falcons!!

Congratulations Coach Sundeen! I coached with him years ago. He loves Jesus and sets a wonderful example. He loves kids and gets an occasional technical now and then to prove it! This is a wonderful hire and I support it 100 percent. Fundamentals gentlemen!
