Registration is now open for vendors who wish to participate in the 2025 Holy Grounds Craft Fair. Complete the form below to register. The cost is $27 per table. Once Vendor registration closes, we will update this page with specific information for shoppers about activities and the participating vendors for the event. Vendor registration closes November 21.

Important details for vendors.

1. Vendors must be 18 years or older (please no students; a separate craft fair for students is scheduled for April, and your children will have the opportunity to register for the student fair at this one).
2. We ask that all goods sold be handmade or handcrafted, and we welcome a wide variety of these goods! There were many creative and unique goods as well as some favorite standards (soap, yarn crafts, ornaments, jewelry, wood crafts, and more).
3. This year we have the opportunity to expand into adjoining space, so we will be able to accept more vendors.
4. In addition, we have expanded the hours for the show and are happy to provide a time specifically for vendors to shop and meet other vendors before doors open to the public (from 8:30-9:30am).

Vendor Agreement

As a vendor at the Holy Grounds Craft Fair at Front Range Christian School (FRCS), I:

• agree to conduct myself in a manner consistent with Christian values while on campus
• confirm that I am at least 18 years of age and that those who will work my table are at least 18 years of age (please no students)
• understand that being a vendor at the fair does not constitute a legal or binding business relationship with FRCS outside that of event host (FRCS) and entity renting space at the event (vendor)
• will bring sufficient inventory or samples of my goods to sell or take orders during the fair
• acknowledge that I am wholly responsible for accepting payments for my goods
• take responsibility for any tax reporting or payments that may arise as a result of me selling goods at the Craft Fair
• waive any liability of FRCS in the event of theft, damage, or injury as per the Waiver of Liability signed by all FRCS parents (if you are not an FRCS parent or staff member, you will be asked to sign the Waiver before setting up your table for the Craft Fair)
• understand that FRCS makes no claims or guarantees about the number of shoppers who will attend the Craft Fair or how much each vendor may sell during the fair
