Front Range Christian School is excited to partner with Authentic Life Church to bring you two conferences around the topic of godly sexuality. Both conferences feature Shelly Donahue, a decorated guest speaker on this topic, and in both sessions Shelly teaches parents to overcome fear and talk to their kids about sexuality with confidence and competence. At the same time, teens gain a clear vision of the physical, emotional, spiritual, financial, and relational benefits of waiting until marriage. It’s a wholistic approach to relationship education.
We believe that this topic is important, and we see a profound opportunity here for the church and the school to partner together. The focus of this time is to help students reflect about how to love well, how to live well, and how to find their identity in Jesus Christ.
This session is specifically intended for senior high students and their parents (there is another on November 9 for students grades 6-8 and their parents). The session is designed so that parents or guardians should attend alongside students (don’t worry — it won’t be totally awkward!). Please note that this event is not exclusive to FRCS, and others from outside our school community will also attend. In fact, feel free to invite friends or others in the Littleton area! The cost is FREE, but we ask that you register in advance by using the button below. A pizza lunch will be served at the conference.
