Join the Falcon Club Board

The Falcon Club serves as a support and advisory resource for the Athletic Department at Front Range Christian School, and we are looking for new board members. Board members serve a 1-3 year term to ensure consistency, continuity, and strong program support. All FRCS parents are invited to participate, no matter the age of their students. Consider applying to be a board member, and help shape and support athletics at FRCS!

Overall Time Expectation

The average Falcon Club board member serves 2-4 hours per month. Some months require less time and others, such as peak sport seasons, may require a bit more.

Board Structure (8-12 members)

  • Sport Team Lead (soccer, basketball, football, baseball, golf, cross country, poms, and volleyball)
  • Other team leads: booster, fundraising, development, community, branding, school spirit (oversees school-wide booster efforts)

Available Role Specifics

Sport Team Leads

  • Estimated commitment: 2-3 hours per month
    • Seasonal note: During your sport’s active season, commitment leans closer to 3 hours per month; off-season months are often lighter)
  • Serves as liaison between Falcon Club and your sport’s coaches/program
  • Attend monthly Falcon Club meetings (approximately 60-90 minutes)
  • Help coordinate 1-2 sport-specific needs per season (communication, support, or events)
  • Share feedback, needs, or opportunities from your sport

Booster/Fundraising and other Leads

  • Estimated commitment: 2-3 hours per month
  • Coordinate school-wide athletic booster efforts
  • Partner with Athletic Department leadership on fundraising priorities
  • Support or organize 1-2 key fundraising initiatives during the year (alongside the event coordinator)
  • Attend monthly Falcon Club meetings (app. 60-90 minutes)

For all roles:

  • Monthly Falcon Club meetings (60-90 minutes)
  • Additional communication handled primarily via email or shared documents
  • No weekly commitment required
