Dinner (each guest must choose one); all entrees served with a roasted vegetable medley:

  • Beef tenderloin medallion with mushroom demi sauce on mashed potatoes (horseradish available on tables)
  • Herb pepper crusted halibut served with a soft potato gnochhi with basic tomato and lemon
  • Combo Beef and Halibut
  • Vegetarian option: Potato gnocchi with basil tomato sauce and roasted vegetables
