Grandparents are invited to FRCS for special performances and activities with their grandchildren.
ECE Activities
ECE students are in preschool, pre-kindergarten, and kindergarten. Grandparents Day activities run from 11:30am-12:15pm. Details for each classroom will be communicated by the homeroom teacher. All ECE students and their grandparents are invited to attend—even if it’s not the student’s normal attendance day.
Elementary, Junior High, and Senior High Activities
Grandparents Day kicks off with a concert that begins at 1pm in the PAC (performing arts center, located in the Jr/Sr High on the east side of the complex) and features elementary students and select junior and senior high groups and ensembles. Following the concert, grandparents are invited to join us for light refreshments (in Holy Grounds for elementary and the Wiersma Center for Jr/Sr High) and a special activity with/for students. Activities run through 2:45pm, and students are dismissed for the day at 3pm.
