There are so many things I could say about what I love about FRCS, but what sticks out is the community and list of alumni that continue to walk these great hallways! Not only was it a fun reunion for my husband to see his teachers who once taught him still here, but to see the children of those great teachers who now work for the school also. I think it speaks great volume! I really fell in love with the ECE and learned that they also teach the bible in their curriculum. That is something I have been longing for throughout my ECE career. I really can’t wait to start the school year!
I spend time outside of work, usually in a mix of church volunteering, attending our Wednesday bible study, trying to get stronger at the gym so I can keep up with my kiddos in class and my son Carson, who is growing taller and bigger by day it seems like! We as a family like to also go to the park and play some type of sport and kick the ball for our dog Ozmo.
I am such an empathic person, and love to hear people’s stories about what God has done in their lives and where he has led them to. I was also adopted at the age of six after spending three years in the foster care system with my sister. We got adopted to a single mom who worked so hard for us. I feel really led by God to work with children in preschool. I love to be a safe, welcoming, fun person for a child to have when they enter school! My son Carson also wants me to add that I am funny and great with children! He is my biggest cheerleader and I am so blessed to have him alongside my husband!
