Things to consider

Please keep the following considerations in mind when creating your deal.

  • KI Partners are invited to partner with FRCS in providing special deals to FRCS families. The deals must be consistent with FRCS’s Christian values and not conflict with the school’s mission, vision, or purpose.
  • We desire for the deals to be mutually beneficial to FRCS families and the KI Partner. That said, this progam should not be viewed as an opportunity simply to advertise to FRCS families. FRCS’s intent is to promote the DEAL to FRCS families in order to drive specific business to the KI Partner rather than just advertising the KI Partner to our community. If advertising is what you seek, we encourage you to consider sponsorship of an FRCS event (such as the annual Gala) or program (such as the Athletic Department). Both deals and sponsorships have a place at FRCS, but one is designed to directly support and benefit our families while the other helps fund our mission and vision or specific programs within the school.

FRCS’s offer to KI Partners for deals

These are the standard things that FRCS offers in exchange for KI Partner deals to our families:

  • Promotion of the deal in our weekly newsletter to parents (timing and duration dependent on the timeframe of the deal; the newsletter is sent every Friday, 51 weeks out of the year)
  • Promotion of the deal in our twice-monthly newsletter to Jr/Sr High students (if appropriate; timing and duraction dependent on the timeframe of the deal; the newsletter is sent the first and third Monday of each month during the school year)
  • Inclusion if the deal in the slide rotation of the big electric sign on Pierce St during family drop-off and pickup times (generally 7-9am and 2-4pm; slides are randomly shuffled and appear on screen for one hour at a time)
  • Inclusion of the deal in the slide rotation for on-campus monitors (all slides cycle and repeat throughout the day and appear for a few seconds at a time; monitors are found at the elementary, in Holy Grounds, and in two locations at the jr/sr high)
  • Inclusion of the deal in the Falcons App (in a special section just for KI Partner deals)
If you have requests from FRCS beyond what is listed above, please them here. Each request will be taken into consideration. Any final agreements will be included in the MoU between the business and FRCS.
