Holy Grounds Student Craft Fair

Registration for the Holy Grounds Student Craft Fair is now open! FRCS students grades 1-12 are invited to participate. All goods sold must be the creation of the student and ideally should be handmade or handcrafted by the student with minimal assistance. But all types of goods are welcome!

If you are interested, please complete this registration form with your parent/guardian and read all of the information carefully. The event is Saturday, April 4, from 2-4pm in Holy Grounds. Set up and tear down also happen on Saturday, so it will be a full day. The event will be open to the public for shopping.

If you have questions or special requests, please email holygrounds@frcs.org prior to completing the form to make sure we can accommodate your requests. Registration is open through March 27. As vendors sign up, we will add their information to this page to give shoppers a preview of what will be available.

Do you need electricity at your table
Please note that tables with access to electricity are very limited. You will need to bring your own extension cords and power strips, if needed.
Tables are 6' wide, so there will not be room for more than three chairs at each table.
This includes product and displays. We will try to accommodate you, but please keep in mind that the show is designed for everything to be displayed on a table.
If you have a website to sell or promote your goods, please list it here. This information will be shared with shoppers.

Vendor Agreement

As a vendor at the Holy Grounds Craft Fair at Front Range Christian School (FRCS), I:

  • agree to conduct myself in a manner consistent with Christian values while on campus
  • confirm that if I am under the age of 18 I have my parent’s/guardian’s consent to participate
  • confirm that if I am a student in 6th grade or lower that a parent/guardian will be with me at my table through the entire event (including set up and tear down)
  • understand that being a vendor at the fair does not constitute a legal or binding business relationship with FRCS outside that of event host (FRCS) and entity renting space at the event (vendor)
  • will bring sufficient inventory or samples of my goods to sell or take orders during the fair
  • acknowledge that I am wholly responsible for accepting payments for my goods
  • take responsibility for any tax reporting or payments that may arise as a result of me selling goods at the Craft Fair
  • waive any liability of FRCS in the event of theft, damage, or injury as per the Waiver of Liability signed by all FRCS parents
  • understand that FRCS makes no claims or guarantees about the number of shoppers who will attend the Craft Fair or how much each vendor may sell during the fair

By signing this form, you consent to allow your student to participate in the Holy Grounds Student Craft Fair, acknowledge that the goods your student sells are their own creation, and agree to support your student in whatever way necessary (e.g., being at the table with them, helping provide payment options for their goods, etc.)
