Hayley Gillett: Hello! My name is Hayley Gillett, and I am a piano performance major going in to my senior year at Colorado Christian University. This will be my third year teaching piano, and I am excited to continue helping students build their musical foundations! Piano is a wonderful instrument to begin music lessons on, as its knowledge transfers well to any other instrument. I am looking forward to meeting students who have never played piano before, as well as those who already have experience playing!
Dawson Hancock: Dawson is a pianist, composer, and senior at Colorado Christian University, studying music production and composition. He’s been playing for 10 years and loves helping students grow in creativity and confidence. Inspired by the impact his own teacher had on him, Dawson is passionate about teaching and has been part of the Front Range community for two years.

Private and semi-private piano lessons are available for students of any level or age (1st grade and older). Semi-private lessons may be shared with someone else of a similar level; please email Mrs. Sutherland to arrange or for more information.
Taught by Amy Sutherland, this class is a great way to begin learning a basic foundation on the piano and build on what kids learned in their music classes. It’s an opportunity to “try it out” and see if a student wishes to pursue it further.
Matt Freddolino offers private lessons for drum kits and orchestral percussion instruments.
Andrew Wiser offers private lessons for both guitar (electric and acoustic) and bass.
Katie Knestis offers private lessons for woodwind (e.g., flute, clarinet, saxophone, etc.) and string instruments (e.g., violin, cello, etc.).
Students receive instruction specific to their instrument as well as in the group setting of a band. They learn basic music theory, improve their practice skills, instrumental skills, and have fun in the process. This camp is a great way to prepare for the coming year for anyone who would be interested in joining Chapel Team OR the Contemporary Band elective. Students are grouped according to their ability level and will be challenged to grow in their musical abilities in an ensemble setting. Students MUST have some experience on their instrument. If they are a beginner they should consider lessons or group classes instead. Instructor permission or audition is REQUIRED in order to participate in this camp.
Please complete the form below, and we will respond to you with details for admission or audition if necessary.
Space is limited, so be sure to register early!
