- Graduates should arrive in cap and gown at 8:45am
- Doors open to guests at 9am
- Seating is open and available on a first-come, first-served basis (no physical tickets are needed)
- Commencement begins at 10am; the ceremony is expected to be 75-90 minutes long
- A reception follows the ceremony (details below)
Important Notes
ATTIRE
Students should plan to wear business casual attire under their graduation gown. This includes options such as a collared shirt and tie, dress, or blouse with slacks, all in alignment with school dress code policies. Comfortable yet presentable shoes are strongly encouraged—we want to ensure everyone can safely and confidently walk across the stage.
Students must bring all necessary items to graduation, including cap, gown, cords, and any additional regalia.
We recommend steaming gowns ahead of time to remove any wrinkles. Please note that decorating caps is not permitted, and your graduate will not be able to walk if they decorate their cap.
PHOTOGRAPHY
We have hired a professional photographer for this event. During the event, we ask that you remain seated so that we can capture these special moments without obstruction. Digital photos will be available in the weeks following the event. Instructions for signing up to be notified about photos and selecting your photos will be posted here as the event draws near.
RECEPTION
Please join us for a short celebration following the ceremony. The reception takes place in the lobby and includes refreshments and cake. It concludes by 1pm.
Please be sure to take your student’s senior photo poster board home with you as you leave the reception!
