New Family Information

Welcome to Front Range Christian School! We are so excited that you have joined our community, and we look forward to getting to know you better. Here we have compiled some basic information to help you acclimate to the school and find resources that may help you get started. When you’re ready for more information or ways to get involved, be sure to check out the Community section of our website. If you have questions not answered here, and you’re not sure who to ask, there is a form at the bottom of this webpage where you can ask whatever questions you have and we’ll direct it to the appropriate person or department to get it answered. FACTS

FACTS provides many services to FRCS and our community, including Tuition Payment Plans and the Student Information System (SIS) used across campus. There are two primary aspects you need to know about, as a family new to Front Range Christian School.

Automatic Tuition Payment Plan

FACTS Management Company assists in processing tuition payments each school year. FACTS is the leading tuition management service in the nation serving thousands of private and faith-based schools. Their services provide significant benefits to school staff and school families including convenience, flexibility, and secure on-line access to individual account information.  If you have any questions feel free to contact Peggy Adams our Finance Manager at padams@frcs.org or 303-531-4546.

The Family Portal

The FACTS Family Portal provides access to information to information about your student, including class schedules, syllabi, attendance, and much more. It also provides access to a family directory and resource documents that you may need throughout the year. There is a link to the Family Portal on every page of our website for easy access.

In order to receive text messages about weather related closures and delays, please be sure to update your Parent Alert preferences.

Email Communications from FRCS

FRCS has adopted a tiered email system for parents to provide more control over the number of emails received from the Communications Office. All parents are put onto Tier 2 by default with they first join the community, but parents may change Tiers whenever they choose. If you feel you are receiving too many emails from the Communications Office, we encourage you to consider changing your email Tier before unsubscribing, as many important announcements come from the Communications Office. P3 Program

The Parent Partnership Program (P3) provides parents with the opportunity to model service to students and directly support the work of the school. Families with full-time students are invited to donate 60 hours of volunteer time or $600 over the course of the school year.
