FRCS financially partners with families enrolled in our full-time programs to provide a Christ-centered education through our financial aid program. And we use Clarity Financial Aid to determine a family’s level of financial need based on information shared in the application. The application is mobile friendly and available in Spanish.
Families who have been accepted to Front Range Christian School and who are interested in financial aid should follow these simple steps:
STEP ONE
Go to https://app.clarityapp.com/sign-up
STEP TWO
Begin your application and add “Front Range Christian School” to your student application entry. You can save your application at any time and return later to complete it.
STEP THREE
Complete the Clarity Enhanced Tax Verification (ETV) process to release your W2 and personal tax return transcripts from the IRS. You’ll be asked to authorize the sharing of your tax transcripts and verify your identity. This is a one-time security measure required by the IRS to protect against identity theft and the compromise of personal information. Clarity offers two options for enhanced tax verification process: “Clarity” and “IRS”. Please reference the Tax Verification Guide to preview the steps of this process.
Parents/guardians who successfully completed this process last year, will not be asked to go through this process again. Upon submission of their application, the IRS will automatically release their tax transcripts to us based on last year’s authorization.
The IRS pathway is significantly faster, allowing for the tax documents to transfer to Clarity within 24 hours. For this reason, any applicant who applies after July 15, should select the IRS pathway. Clarity has found that families who have an IRS.gov account before starting the Clarity Application have a much easier time completing the process.
STEP FOUR
Enter your financial information, review your application, and pay the $65 Clarity application fee.
STEP FIVE
Submit your Clarity application and follow the link to return to your dashboard. Here you will see any additional supporting documents requested by FRCS along with any deadlines. If additional supporting documents are required at a later date, FRCS will prompt you, via Clarity, to submit those documents.
Financial aid is only available for students enrolled in kindergarten (both part-time and full-time) and full-time students in grades 1-12. Unfortunately, we cannot offer aid for preschool, pre-kindergarten, or part-time junior/senior high students at this time.
Who: For new, incoming students grades 9-12. Eligible students must have at least a 3.7 cumulative GPA from 7th grade to the present.
What: A $1000 tuition scholarship
When: Students must complete their enrollment application and scholarship application by July 1.
Why: (1) To encourage and recognize academic achievement and good character in the Front Range Christian School community and (2) to continually attract excellent students to Front Range Christian School.
How: Interested students must apply online, which includes two references (one character, the other academic), a four-part essay, and a transcript (which should be included with their application for enrollment). The four-part essay will ask the student to respond to each of the four questions:

Applicants will be notified of their award no later than August 1.
Front Range Christian School sells merchant retailer certificates through RaiseRight (formerly Scrip) to FRCS families to reduce tuition costs for families by allocating a portion of money spent for normal, weekly living expenses: food, clothing, dining, and even gifts!
FRCS families may designate the credit received from this program to their tuition account, another specific tuition account, or to the general education fund at Front Range Christian. Anyone can purchase certificates (parents, grandparents, and friends) and designate a particular family’s tuition account.

ACE Scholarships is an outstanding partner organization that offers scholarships to low-income families attending private school. ACE awards a limited number of scholarship applications each school year, and their program is designed to follow and support ACE students each year through graduation. ACE Scholarships are often awarded in addition to the FRCS tuition assistance program. We strongly encourage fully enrolled families to FRCS who meet ACE’s income guidelines (see chart below) to contact an Admissions Counselor and join the ACE waitlist.

Renewing awarded applicants are NOT required to upload income documentation. They simply need to complete the application portion and submit for awarded students to remain on scholarship.
