Falcon Summer Training Camp

Strength, Conditioning, Speed and Agility, and Weightlifting

One of the keys to an athlete’s success is the training the athlete puts in during the offseason. If your students plans to participate in one or several FRCS sports, or if he or she is just looking to obtain their top physical condition, this camp could jumpstart the student’s goals. This summer we have changed the training options with a camp run by highly qualified trainers.

  • Coach Dennis Wagner (FRCS Varsity Boys Soccer Coach) has a background in strength, conditioning, and speed and agility training, as he has owned his own gym and run camps like this for over 25 years.
  • Coach Paul Lowe (FRCS Varsity Football Coach and FRCS Strength and Conditioning Coach) has run our weights program at FRCS and more specifically for the football team.

These powerhouse trainers are collaborating this summer strength to run an all summer training camp. There is a small cost for this camp, and that is only to cover the time and energy that these two coaches are putting into this camp. If your student attended the camp every day it is offered, the cost comes to a mere $6.25 per day, and it is worth it! As this camp is so affordable, we’d really like to see a majority of FRCS athletes participate over the summer.

The camp is open to students grade 7-12 (fall of 2025). Even if you will be out of town for a week or two on vacation this camp could still greatly benefit your student athlete. Recognizing that summer can be a time of travel and vacation, we built some flexibility into the program. The camp includes strength training, conditioning, and speed an agility training. This summer also affords campers the opportunity to try out the new weightlifting club at no extra cost.

Performance Training Camp

  • The cost is $200 for a single camper and $300 for 2 or more campers from the same family
  • Camp includes: strength & conditioning, speed & agility, and weightlifting
  • Camp begins June 2 and runs through July 31 (except between June 30-July 4)
  • Camp runs Monday through Thursday from 7-9am
    • one hour on the field for conditioning, speed, and agility
    • one hour in the Performance Training Center (PTC) for strength
    • Boys start on the field on Mondays and Wednesdays and PTC on Tuesdays and Thursdays
    • Girls start on the field on Tuesdays and Thursdays and PTC on Mondays and Wednesdays

Weightlifting Club

  • Cost is included in the Performance Training Camp fee
  • Club runs Mondays and Thursdays from 6-7pm and 10-11am on Saturdays
  • Emphasis of club is to focus on power
  • Club begins June 9 and runs through July 31 (except between June 30-July 4)
