Each of our parents has already made a significantly impactful decision in choosing FRCS’s teachers and community to come alongside them in raising up their students in an academically rigorous environment. \nTo further the partnership between home and the school\, the Learning Services invites parents to participate in a 3-part series of workshops geared toward understanding how your child’s brain works and providing practical tools and strategies to support them at home. \nDuring the first workshop\, we will outline the structure of our Learning Services department and help you understand the types of support and resources we offer from preschool through 12th grade. \nAt the second workshop\, we will dive deep into the mind of students with dyslexia using a simulation designed by the Dyslexia Training Institute. \nTo conclude the series\, we will explore a variety of different learning differences including ADHD\, anxiety\, dyscalculia and more. This exploration includes ways in which you can support these learning differences at home\, reinforcing what students experience at school. \nYou are not required to attend all 3 sessions if you register for the workshop. You are invited to all three\, but are welcome to attend whichever best fits your needs as a parent. Sessions are in January on Thursdays (15\, 22\, and 29)\, from 5:30-7pm. DESCRIPTION:The spring All Parent Meeting is a great opportunity for parents to hear from Head of School David Cooper on important topics such as school finances\, security\, and vision for the future. At this meeting\, we will also discuss the tuition structure for the 2026/2027 school year. \nWhy should you attend? Be encouraged by what God is doing in FRCS; be challenged to get involved; grow your relationships with other FRCS parents; and ask questions of school leadership. \nTo make it easier for all parents to come\, we are thrilled to offer FREE childcare — hosted by the Falcon After School Program — during the meeting. Children preschool through 6th grade may be dropped off at the AfterCare room (A12)\, and picked up from the same room after the meeting. Kids will watch The Chosen Adventures\, play games\, and participate in other fun activities. Snacks are provided. \nThese meetings are casual in nature and an important part of our communication with parents and community in our school. We hope to see you there!

DESCRIPTION:The Annual Kindergarten Missions Garage Sale is Friday\, February 20\, and drop off for donations is February 17-19. \nIf you have items to donate to the garage sale\, you may drop them off at the Elementary Office February 17-19. Any item that appeals to a student preschool through 6th grade is welcome: toys\, games\, books\, puzzles\, movies\, collectibles\, sports equipment\, stuffed animals\, art supplies\, jewelry\, costumes\, bikes\, dolls\, etc. \nOn February 20\, all students preschool through 6th grade will have the opportunity to shop the sale. Proceeds benefit Torchgrab Africa\, which provides education\, clean water\, and support to children who live in the slums of Nairobi\, Kenya\, and a local organization\, Love\, Inc.\, which provides services to people in the Littleton and surrounding areas. \nWe are also accepting volunteers to help make the sale a success. The dance is open to all senior high students at FRCS. DESCRIPTION:FRCS is starting a new Overcome group for adults in our community. Overcome groups exist to create space for mental\, emotional\, and spiritual wellness. If you are working to be well in the midst of chaos or suffering\, or love someone who is\, please join us! Overcome is open to all FRCS parents\, staff\, friends\, and neighbors. Overcome is an 8-week\, peer-led group experience designed to help you build relationships\, gain tools for wellness\, and deepen your faith. Under the guidance of trained peer facilitators\, group members meet weekly in a small group setting that emphasizes safety and respect while exploring biblical truths about hope in the midst of suffering. \nThe group meets for eight weeks in the Elementary FDC beginning March 12 and concluding on May 7. There is not cost to participate.
