SUMMARY:Mother Son Dart Wars
DESCRIPTION:Calling all FRCS elementary boys\, grades 1-6\, and their mother or mother-figure…It’s time to battle it out and have a great time during the Annual Mother Son Dart Wars! Please note that this event is only for FRCS elementary boys and their mother/mother-figure. Non-FRCS friends and non-elementary siblings may not attend. \nFamilies are encouraged to bring their own Nerf equipment and eye protection (though equipment will be available at the event). NOTE: if you bring your own ammo\, it will not be returned to you. Participants must wear socks (shoes and bare feet are not allowed during the session) and are encouraged to wear clothing that’s easy to move in. Eye protection is required and will be available at the event if you don’t already have some. Participants are also encouraged to bring a water bottle for after the session (they will be stored in the Commons). \nTwo 90-minute sessions are available\, though each family may only sign up for one of them. Sessions run 10-11:30am and 12-1:30pm. If we sell out and there is enough interest\, a third session may be added. Cost is $26.65 with all fees\, and that includes admission for one mother/mother-figure and any number of FRCS elementary sons from the same family (friends\, non-FRCS siblings\, and non-elementary siblings are not allowed to attend). Limit one ticket per family. Tickets will be sold exclusively in the Falcons App.

SUMMARY:Spring Parent/Teacher Conferences
DESCRIPTION:Fall Parent/Teacher Conferences are scheduled for the afternoons of Thursday\, March 19\, and Friday\, March 20. All students grades K-12 have a half day on both of these days. Preschool and PreK students have normals days on both of these dates. \nAll teachers are now using Google Calendar scheduling options\, so it will look a little different from previous conferences\, but the scheduler is still easy to use. To schedule a conference\, select the appropriate teacher’s name from the lists below\, then select an available date and time slot\, and follow onscreen instructions. (Please note that kindergarten teachers communicate separately about their conferences.) \nIf you do not see a teacher’s name below\, or if a teacher’s scheduler is full\, please contact the teacher directly to arrange a conference time. \nELEMENTARY TEACHERS \n\nJR/SR HIGH TEACHERS \n\n \nElementary\nAll FRCS Elementary families should schedule a conference with their child’s teacher. DESCRIPTION:Half day for all students \nElementary\nTo close out the 2025/2026 school year\, elementary students grades 1-5 will have their awards ceremonies and year-end class parties. Students are dismissed after their class party and awards ceremony are finished or at 11:30am. \nNote: 6th grade students have their awards during 6th Grade Continuation and their party and last day is at Boondocks on Wednesday\, May 20. \nJr/Sr High\nThe last day for secondary students consists of a Practicum Assembly (9-10am) followed by an ice cream social and yearbook signing party which concludes at 11:30am.

You can meet teachers\, set up your locker (Jr/Sr High)\, drop off supplies\, turn in essential forms\, and more. Additional details will be posted here as they become available. Listed below are some of the basics for every Registration Day. \nUpdate Your Student’s Info\nInformation for emergency cards is taken from the data you supply in the Family Portal. Before July 25\, please take a few minutes to review your family’s information and make any necessary changes. Having accurate information is critical to school safety\, so please update your info today. Instructions are listed below. \n\n\n\nGo to the Family Portal and log in\nFrom the School menu\, select Web Forms.\nThen select FRCS Family Forms. You will see several forms listed where various information can be viewed or updated. Be sure to click Save on each form you update.\n\nFRCS Student Information Form: general student info — please also update church information\nStudent Health Assessment Form: student health info\nFRCS Family Form: parent contact information — one for each custodial parent — please also update church information\nEmergency Contact Form: list of emergency contacts\nAuthorized Pick Up Form: list of those who are authorized to pick your student up from school\n\n\n\n\n\nFAMILY PORTAL \n \n\nHealth Policies\nWe cannot administer any medication without the Over the Counter Medication or Prescription Medication forms being filled out by your doctor. Use the button below to access forms and print the ones you need\, ask your doctor to fill them out\, and bring them to Registration Day with your unopened medications. \nIf your child requires rescue medication of any kind (seizure meds\, EpiPen\, inhalers\, insulin/glucagon) he/she will not be allowed to start school without the required paperwork and medication.
