Boys Head Basketball Coach (senior high)

If you have a love of basketball and a desire to mentor young men in both the sport and in being a godly athlete, we might have the opportunity for you. Front Range Christian School is looking for a coach to teach and train our Varsity Boys Basketball Team, help players improve their basketball skills, and manage the Boys Basketball program at FRCS. This position also provides many opportunities to invest in the lives of these young players.


    • Organizing and administrating all aspects of the boys basketball programs for Varsity, Junior Varsity, C-level, and junior high teams
    • Creating, developing and implementing a system for players to grow spiritually and physically through the game of basketball
    • Coaching athletes in practices and games
    • Hiring and supervision of coaching staffs and overseeing the boys’ staffs and teams, junior high through high school
    • Organize and run summer/fall basketball open-gym program in addition to November through March regular season program
    • Direct involvement with the Falcon Club fundraising for the athletic department
  • Limited other duties may be assigned

Required Skills

    • Knowledge of high school basketball practices and regulations
    • Ability to effectively coach and teach student-athletes
    • Demonstrated ability to establish positive rapport and relations with players, administrators, faculty, parents, and the general public
    • Must have a sound Christian base and the ability to minister to student-athletes
  • Be current on all CHSAA tests, concussion protocols, First Aid, CPR, and AED training

ECE Teacher

Do you have a passion for children ages 3-5? Do you believe that teaching these young children will impact the rest of their lives? Are you hoping to teach in a Christ-based setting for a career filled with joy and true purpose? If so, you might be the new ECE professional teacher we’re looking for! Front Range Christian School has a rapidly growing preschool program that is looking for a new professional ECE teacher to join us in preschool or PreK in the fall of 2018. Applicants should believe in Christian education and have a passion for making a difference with children ages 3-5. The hours needed are 7:45am-1pm. Applicants must meet state qualifications for lead teacher and have a 4-year or associates degree with an emphasis in early childhood. Competitive salary, positive work environment, and always fun!

Special Education Teacher – Jr/Sr High

Do you have a passion for helping students with learning disabilities to develop their God-given talents and abilities? Do you desire a position in which you can model God’ love to these amazing kids in a program that educates the child as a whole–in social, academic, spiritual, and vocational training? If so, we might have the position for you. We currently seek a teacher for our junior/senior high TLC program.

Front Range Christian School has a unique program for junior and senior high students with special needs called The Learning Center (TLC). This is a self-contained classroom in which students complete modified academic courses as well as work on social and vocational skills. Students are encouraged to find and use their God-given talents.

This opening is for a full-time teacher. Teaching responsibilities include teaching English and math to a small group of junior and senior high school students and running a vocational program for high school students. Individualized instruction, differentiated teaching methods, and tracking progress of students are required.

Ideal applicants will have a degree in special education and have prior experience working with individuals with special needs. This is a full-time position beginning in the 2019/2020 school year.
