Biography

David Sherman is the Executive Director of Front Range Christian Ministries with the responsibilities of Strategic Planning, Advancement, Admissions, Business Development, and Communications. Dave has served the past 4 years on the leadership team of FRCS assisting in strategic planning and in business development. Over the last 2 years, Dave served as the Varsity baseball team coach leading them to the State final four and regional playoffs.

Prior to joining FRCS, Dave worked as a National Sales Director with Primerica Financial Services. In 25 years with Primerica, Dave built 8 different offices in California, Spain, and Colorado by recruiting and training over a thousand people.

A graduate of the University of Redlands in 1983, Dave received his Bachelors degree in Elementary education. Dave played 4 years of college baseball and coached Varsity baseball at both Redlands HS and Royal HS in Simi Valley, California.

Dave’s wife Kathleen serves as the Missions Director and Varsity Volleyball coach of FRCS. She also teaches 7th grade life science and the missions class at FRCS. Dave and Kathleen have 2 daughters, both graduates of FRCS. Kaylee is a junior at Greenville College in Illinois double majoring in Music and Spanish and Whitnee is a freshman at Azusa Pacific University in California double majoring in Film and Theatre.

When asked why he accepted the leadership position at FRCS, Dave replied, “I believe in our mission statement. I have seen the value of partnering with Front Range in the discipleship of my daughters and I believe that we are honoring God in the manner in which we are preparing our students!”
