Educational Background and Experience
I received my BA in English and Teacher Licensure in Elementary Education. I homeschooled four of my children from 1998 until 2007. I was an assistant administrator and also the administrator for Solid Rock Enrichment Program, Littleton campus, prior to teaching kindergarten at St. John’s Lutheran School.
Why I Teach
Besides being a mother of five children, I see no higher calling than to partner with families in the education of their children. I am never bored or run out of inspiration when I am in the presence of God’s children. My on-going dedication to the calling of “teacher” renews my spirit daily.
Why I Teach at Front Range Christian
We belong to the FRCS family, in part, because of Hannah, Jonah, Elizabeth, and Benjamin, our children, and also our wish to see a strong, foundationally Christian school in our community.
My Passion
My passion in life is to connect students to God through an understanding of our role of stewardship in the world He created for us.
My Hobbies
I thoroughly enjoy gardening, creative arts engineering (arts and crafts), organizing, reading (books and magazines), hiking/walking, watching movies, biking, and embroidery (when I sit down long enough!).
