Biography
Educational Background and Experience
BA in International Economics & Cultural Affairs and Spanish, Valparaiso University. Master of Divinity from Denver Seminary. Served as associate pastor at Iglesia Bautista Nueva Esperanza in Brighton, Colorado, and as the assistant to the Director of Hispanic Initiatives at Denver Seminary. Also served as a pastoral intern at Pathways Church in Denver and as a short-term missionary with Avant Ministries in Quito, Ecuador.
Why I Serve and Teach
I serve at a Christian school because the Gospel is the only way to change our world. I teach Spanish because I love to open kids’ eyes to God’s big, beautiful world.
Why I Serve/Teach at Front Range Christian
I teach at Front Range Christian School, because God brought me here through Dave Sherman, the Executive Director. He allowed me to use my passion in the Spanish department and lead our efforts in Admissions and Enrollment. It is a privilege to be a part of such an innovative and Christ-centered school.
My Passion
My passion is God’s mission to redeem the world. The knowledge that the day is soon coming when people from every tribe, race, tongue, and nation will worship the one true God drives me each day. My personal passions include learning, writing, and good conversations about ideas.
My Hobbies
My hobbies are reading, writing, exercising, playing guitar, and spending as much time as possible with my beautiful family.
