The Chronicles of Mr. Ron
I am blessed to have three great children: Kristen, Colin, and Christopher, as well as a wonderful wife, Stephanie of 17 years. I was born and raised in Pueblo, Colorado. A baseball scholarship took me to Laramie Wyoming. With a BA in Art and minor in marketing from the University of Wyoming, as well as a director’s license in early childhood education, it has been God’s will and purpose to use my gifts, talents and treasures to provide young children, families and staff an opportunity to experience quality, Christian education that has passion and purpose.
It gives me great pleasure and joy to bring my professional teaching and administrative experience of over 20 years to Front Range Christian School. I have been in the classroom as a kindergarten teacher for 13 years, as well as Director at Primrose School of Ken Caryl for the past 10 years. My journey continues with passion, commitment, perseverance and love for others.
As a former professional baseball player and minor league traveler for the Pittsburgh Pirates, it has been a pleasure to coach my sons in baseball and basketball, as well as provide comedy relief with stories from the “old” days of baseball. I continue to coach youth sports with South Jeffco Sports, which provides me even more opportunities to make a difference and impact our youth.
I have been an avid follower and disciple of Christ since my youth, calling WaterStone Community Church my place of worship on Sunday. God has blessed me with many gifts, and it is my privilege to advance God’s kingdom for His purpose.
