A video testimonial with FRCS elementary parents Michael and Amanda Donegan:
“Our oldest daughter, Christine, enrolled in 8th grade at FRCS and loves it! She moved from our Denver Public School neighborhood school to FRCS after a few years of dissatisfaction with the school and personal experiences indicating a deteriorating school experience. She went from loving to go to school and learn (from preschool to 4th grade) to not liking school (6th and 7th). We knew she had to make a change!
“This year we are in the process of enrolling our youngest daughter, Rachel, at FRCS for 6th grade. We want her to experience a school where other students and teachers really care about her. We want her to experience a 'kinder, gentler' school.”

“We have been so thankful for Front Range Christian! Our son struggled in public elementary school, both academically and socially, so we homeschooled him during his middle school years. He wanted to return to a more normal school environment during high school so we let him choose from a number of schools; he ultimately decided on Front Range Christian due to its smaller size and Christian focus. What an amazing godsend it was in every possible way! “We were worried about not only his re-introduction into a classroom setting, but his social integration as well. His teachers were great at not just working with his limitations, but in seeing that he was a special kid—they just plain liked him for who he was. We were blown away by how welcoming everyone was to him. “The school was small enough that he could get involved in ways that wouldn’t have been available to him at public school, including roles in school plays, which surely played a part in the growth in confidence we witnessed. We also couldn’t have hoped he would have a better group of friends. None of them drank or did drugs…just great kids with great character and an amazing capacity for inclusion. The goodness of God carries the critical mass at Front Range and it shows in every way.
“Our son is now a freshman in college and doing great… something that was by no means a given only a few years ago. Our only regret was that we didn’t force our oldest daughter into Front Range Christian as well. Her experience in public school has been nowhere near as good in any respect. That is why our youngest daughter is now a 6th grader at FRCS.”

“Thank you Front Range Christian for creating such an amazing atmosphere for my kids to learn AND worship!! This is our first year at FRCS and I have never seen them so excited about God or learning. They come home just bursting to tell what they’ve learned. I see them growing in faith and scripture. Before FRCS we were constantly battling society views against our own Christian beliefs and now the kids are learning more about the history of Christianity, and the foundations of why we believe what we believe that they are making their own informed decisions beyond just believing in Christ as their savior, but we're seeing them move into it as a way of life. I thank God everyday for this school and the opportunity to have my children there. THANK YOU!!!
“When we began looking into FRCS I didn’t believe we could ever attend there, being limited by funds. We gave it to the Lord and continued to move forward. One day I had the privilege to hear a few of the 6th graders speak at the continuation ceremony. The testimony of one of the girls sealed the deal for us, and we knew that we were going to make every effort possible to be a part of this community.
“One of the girls was sharing how at the start of the year the girls were divided as most girls that age probably would be. She continued that the teachers taught them about integrity and trusting God with your problems, and that gossip was painful to Gods ears. She said that they realized what they were doing by having clicks and that disliking one another made God sad, and they decided to put aside their differences and love one another. I knew then that this was where we wanted them to be. To my knowledge these girls are all still very close friends, but were not so close that they didn't open up for the newcomers. I know because one of my daughters was one of the new kids this year, and she has been drawn in to an amazing group of girls.
“Thank you to the staff that has promoted such a wonderful community. We put out fleeces of prayer and with each one God met us full on and again, we are so thankful to God for blessing us with this opportunity.”

“FRCS is a school where failure is not an option, where children are encouraged to find their strengths at a young age, and where high school students have meaningful, respectful, and wholesome relationships with their teachers.
“Front Range Christian School has high expectations and provides the training and nurturing for all kids to rise to them. The environment is small enough that my high school aged son does not fall through the cracks like he would at a larger public school, yet large enough that he feels comfortable and doesn’t feel like he is in the spotlight.
“The teachers go above and beyond – not for an award or recognition—but out of pure love for their students. Having the same math teacher 3 years in a row through middle school and as a freshman in high school, my son who struggles in math, learned that the adults around him actually care whether he understands and will take the time to make sure he gets it, no matter how many times it takes.
“My 7th grade daughter is held accountable for her actions and knows that whatever she does in school or outside of school she will have to answer to her teachers and friends who keep her on a positive path, and to their families whom she loves and respects.
“Front Range Christian is a family community, and instead of being in a glass bubble protected from the harms of today’s society, the kids study and learn how to go out into the society and be a positive influence on it.”
In these days when pollsters talk about “the withering of discipleship in the American church,” Christian parents need all the help they can get. We received great help from Front Range Christian School. Its commitment to both grace and truth, its academic rigor, its strong Bible classes, and its mentoring teachers and coaches, all had a major impact on our children.
