Nick Sigler
Nick graduated from Andrews University in Berrien Springs, MI with a B.A. in Literature & Secondary teaching certificate.  After finishing student teaching, he became the co-director of the Alternative Education program at a middle school, targeting students that demonstrated behaviors counterproductive to their education.  Nick missed Christian education and decided to accept a job at Minnetonka Christian Academy in Minnetonka, MN where he taught for five years.  During that time, he helped expand the Language Arts program to include a writing class and AP lit class. One of Nick’s friends then encouraged him to accept a teaching position at Orcas Island Christian School in the San Juan Islands.  While island life was “paradise” for awhile, Nick and his wife felt the calling to return to Colorado.  Nick accepted a position at FRCS and is teaching 8th grade Lang Arts, Honors American Lit and AP Lit…and coaches the Cheer Stunt & Tumbling Class on Wednesdays.
